For select projects - we offer acquisition, site selection, and land assemblage services for our partners. We have nearly 15+ years of acquisitions experience, including site selection for NNN retail tenants, shopping centers (incl. grocery and power centers), Single Family Residential (incl. foreclosure sales, trustee sales, MLS, etc.), land acquisitions for homebuilder/residential development, and for other specialty projects.
