Multi-Tenant Business Parks, a mix between industrial and small office leased to many tenants to diversify risk. We have made investments in over 90,000 sq.ft., and actively pursuing opportunities.
Shopping Center and Single Tenant NNN Investments with quality credit tenants. We have made investments in 1.2M+ sq.ft., and actively seeking value-add and development opportunities only.
